Terms of Service

CommentCart is a software platform that enables independent merchants to connect with customers and process sales through seller-owned storefronts, payment flows, and communication tools.

CommentCart is not the seller, merchant of record, importer, shipper, or fulfiller of products sold by merchants using the platform.

All product fulfillment, refunds, returns, warranties, shipping, delivery issues, taxes, regulatory compliance, and customer support are the sole responsibility of the merchant.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are solely responsible for fulfillment, shipping, refunds, chargebacks or disputes, customer support, product claims, product legality, and all applicable legal and regulatory compliance for the products they sell.

Vendors are also solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws, including the calculation, collection, reporting, filing, and remittance of sales taxes, VAT, GST, or other transaction-based taxes in any jurisdiction where they have tax obligations.

CommentCart does not act as the merchant of record and does not assume responsibility for vendor tax compliance, tax filings, or tax remittance.

Buyer Notice

Purchases made through CommentCart are fulfilled directly by the seller. CommentCart provides checkout, storefront, and automation technology only and is not responsible for seller performance, shipping delays, non-response from sellers, returns, refunds, tax handling, or post-purchase disputes.

Limitation of Platform Responsibility

By using the platform, buyers and sellers acknowledge that CommentCart only facilitates transactions between independent sellers and buyers. CommentCart is not responsible for the condition, quality, safety, legality, delivery, taxation, or fulfillment of products listed by sellers.
